The National College Testing Association (NCTA) is a non-profit organization of testing professionals working in postsecondary institutions, testing companies, and other professional venues. NCTA is dedicated to promoting professionalism and quality in the administration of testing services and programs, including issues related to test administration, accessibility, development, scoring, and assessment.
Since 2019, Doreen Murner has served as the Executive Director of the Council for the Advancement of Standards in Higher Education (CAS), bringing more than 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience to the role.
