As we enter December, CAS invites student affairs professionals to pause and consider the many opportunities this month offers to foster awareness, connection, and growth across campus communities. Meaningful engagement with holidays and observances begins with reflection, but it’s strengthened through action. Using the CAS Standards as a guide, professionals can ensure that their efforts to recognize and support diverse student experiences are grounded in continuous assessment and intentional improvement.

Recording: Introducing the Revised CAS Standards for Transfer Student Programs and Services11/18/2025
After more than a decade, the CAS Standards for Transfer Student Programs and Services have been completely revised to reflect the current state of transfer research, policy, and practice. We invite you to review the official recording of the recent National Transfer Student Week webinar to learn what's new in the revision, how the standards can inform your transfer work regardless of role, and practical ways to use them for strategic planning, professional development, and advocacy.
The Association for Student Conduct Administration (ASCA) supports more than 2,700 members across higher education who work every day to promote student development, responsible decision-making, and the safety and well-being of their campus communities. ASCA members serve in conduct offices, Title IX and Title VI teams, case management and CARE units, and within organizational headquarters. Together, they advance practices that encourage accountability, learning, and growth for students during some of the most challenging moments of their college experience.
