As we enter December, CAS invites student affairs professionals to pause and consider the many opportunities this month offers to foster awareness, connection, and growth across campus communities. Meaningful engagement with holidays and observances begins with reflection, but it’s strengthened through action. Using the CAS Standards as a guide, professionals can ensure that their efforts to recognize and support diverse student experiences are grounded in continuous assessment and intentional improvement.
