Reflecting on his tenure, Dr. Johnson shared, “Being on the CAS board has allowed me to help shape the standards of operation to indicate a quality program for the 44 functional areas for which we have a set of standards.” His contributions, particularly in creating a collaborative environment for higher education practitioners, have inspired colleagues and enhanced the profession as a whole. Under Ralph’s leadership, CAS continued its mission to foster student learning, development, and achievement.
